2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Once canceled, you will continue to have premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
As we provide a free trial period to evaluate the service, refunds are generally not provided for active subscriptions. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:
- Technical Failures: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and our support team cannot resolve them within 48 hours.
- Accidental Renewal: If a renewal occurs accidentally and you contact us within 24 hours of the charge, provided you have not used the service during that time.
