Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Facebook's Platform Policy, we provide users the ability to request deletion of their data collected through Facebook Login. When you use Facebook to sign in to Social Logic Dine, we may receive your name, email address, and profile information from Facebook.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data in the following ways:
- From Your Dashboard: Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems.
- Via Email: Send a data deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
- From Facebook: You can remove our app from your Facebook settings by going to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, then remove Social Logic Dine.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data from our servers:
- Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
- Facebook access tokens and page tokens
- Connected Facebook Page metadata
- Bot configurations and automation settings
- Generated content and posting history
- Payment records (retained only as required by law)
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
Confirmation
After your data is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account or any associated data. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
